Lisa Gade reviews the XP-Pen Artist 24 Pro, their newest and highest end drawing display that competes with Wacom Cintiq 22 and Cintiq Pro 24 at a significantly lower price. This is a 24” IPS matte, non-touch display that you can draw and write on. It’s 2560 x 1440 resolution, has Express Keys on each side for quick commands, two jog wheels and a battery-free 8,192 pressure level pen that supports tilt. It comes with a sturdy stand, USB-C cable for a single cable connection, HDMI and USB-A for legacy connections, 2 pens, 8 nibs, an artist’s glove and a screw driver should you wish to remove the stand and use a VESA mount. We test it with Adobe Photoshop CC, Clip Studio Paint, Krita and Corel Painter 2022. Drivers for Windows, Mac and Linux are available.
