There aren’t many competitors to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 so we’re thrilled to see Tecno bring a lower priced alternative to market with the Phantom V Fold. The phone has an aluminum frame, faux leather back and an outer 6.42” curved OLED display and an inner OLED 7.85” display. The look is nearly identical to the Z Fold 4 overall but at an $1,100 price. You’ll give up a few features for that lower price: no S Pen or IP rating. The phone has 5G (including some US bands), a fast fingerprint scanner and 2D face scanner, triple rear cameras, 2 selfie cameras and plenty of RAM and storage. It comes with a 54 watt fast charger and has a 5,000 mAh battery. This phone that opens into a tablet runs Android 13.
