Onyx Boox Max Lumi Review – 13.3″ e-ink Reader with Front-light and Pen

Lisa Gade reviews the Onyx Boox Max Lumi, a 13.3” eReader with color temperature adjustable front lighting, a touchscreen and Wacom EMR pen support. This unusually large A4 format eBook reader and tablet is well-suited to PDF reading and annotation and note taking. It has a 2200 x 1650 Mobius grayscale e-ink display, stereo speakers, fingerprint scanner, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It runs Android 10 with a customized launcher and you can use Google Play to install Android apps like Kindle, OneNote and Acrobat Reader. The built-in notes app is particularly good and avoids the usual slow refresh issues of e-ink when used with a pen.
