In Dynamics 365, the form is the main UI that users interact with to view and enter data in a table. It’s easy to customize in the Power Apps modern form and then pull it into the Sales app through the sitemap.
In this hands-on tutorial, I’ll show you how to add columns/fields to a form in Power Apps, how to edit the Dynamics 365 Sales app and customize its sitemap, and finally, how to enter data in the new form.
