Here’s a simple hack to add page numbers to your Canva documents quickly and for free! In this easy tutorial, Ill guide you through the steps to overcome Canva’s lack of a page numbering feature by using a user-friendly tool called I Love PDF.

Don’t worry if your document isn’t a PDF (or isn’t meant to be in that format)—I’ll show you how to use this tool to insert page numbers exactly where you want them, with options to customize their position, margin, and style. Then, we’ll re-upload your document back to Canva for any final tweaks, this time with the page numbers all set!
