AMD Ryzen X3D Laptop Review – Asus ROG Strix Scar 17

AMD has brought their X3D V-cache processor technology to mobile CPUs with the Ryzen 9 7945HX3D in the Asus ROG Strix Scar 17 gaming laptop for 2023. We reviewed this laptop in April 2023 with the non-X3D version of the CPU inside, and they are otherwise identical (including an RTX 4090 GPU with Advanced Optimus and a 240Hz QHD display).
