Lisa Gade reviews the 15.6” Desklab 4K portable monitor, a wide gamut full Adobe RGB touchscreen display with USB-C and HDMI inputs. The monitor works as a single cable USB-C solution (no external power required) with laptops and desktops, and a power adapter is included for use with mobile devices like smartphones, the Nintendo Switch and iPads or when using the HDMI connection. The monitor has speakers, an aluminum casing and a headphone jack. It’s also available in full HD resolution. The Desklab works with game consoles like the PlayStation 5 and Xbox, Macs and cameras too. It’s particularly compelling for photographers and video folks who need a high quality display in the field and those of you with 4K consoles.
