Today the SpaceX rocket, Falcon 9, launched 2 Nasa astronauts into space!
It’s the first time in 9 years that astronauts have been launched from American soil and SpaceX is the first private company ever to fly humans to orbit.
But today wasn’t just another launch. It was the first step of a radical new vision: Commercial space travel.
It’s human nature to want to discover and explore new things, and today’s leap towards commercial space exploration was an expression of that on an epic scale.
