What You’ll Be Creating

Sometimes, you just need to publish a website quickly and easily. You’ll learn how to do that (and create a professional-looking end result) in our new course, How to Build Your Website With Envato Sites.

What You’ll Learn

Envato Sites is a free and simple website builder that allows you to quickly create and publish a website.

In this course you’ll learn, step by step, how to create a simple four-page website by using one of the predefined themes and the available content blocks in Envato Sites.

Envato Sites

Adi Purdila will show you exactly how to create each page, along with essential elements like the header and hero section. You’ll even learn how to customise details like the colours, fonts, site information, and favicon.

Here are some free lessons from this course, as a preview of what you can expect:

Creating the Website Pages

The first step when creating your website is to create the actual pages and update the navigation. In this video, you’ll see how to create the homepage, a page for your work or your portfolio, one for “about”, and one for contact.

The Header

In this video, you’ll begin building your homepage. You’ll start from the top, so the first piece you’ll create is the header.

The Hero Section

In the previous video, you created and customized the header of your homepage. Now, moving down the page, you’ll create the “hero” area.
